Hi, I’m Ondra, and you’ve just landed on my personal website 👋 .

I’m a software developer currently working at Ataccama as a Junior Python Engineer, while also finishing my studies at Charles University, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics.

In my free time, I’m most often on the tennis court, though I enjoy pretty much all racket sports. I also like spending evenings in a billiards club, playing a game of 8-ball pool or snooker. Back in high school, I was really into bridge and speedsolving Rubik’s cubes. Both are hobbies I still return to from time to time.

One more thing you may be wondering about is the chestnut icon. It comes from my surname, which earned me the nickname Kaštan (Czech for chestnut) very early on. Most people still call me that . . . and honestly, I react to it even faster than to my real name :-D
